  • Six new full time drivers

    Oliver Bearman, Andrea Kimi Antonelli, Jack Doohan, Gabriel Bortoleto,
    Liam Lawson and Isack Hadjar are set to make their debuts as full-time
    drivers with Haas, Mercedes, Alpine, Sauber, Red Bull Racing, and Racing Bulls, respectively.

    Six seems like a recent high.

    The departed are:
    Kevin Magnussen left Haas after seven seasons across two stints.
    Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu both left Sauber after three years,
    the former rejoining Mercedes as a reserve driver and the latter
    joining Ferrari as a reserve driver.
    Sergio Pérez left Red Bull Racing despite have a contract.
    Sergeant and Colapinto left, somewhat partial situations.

    It's crazy to think that we went from 2024 starting with no lineup
    changes, to 2025 where there are only two teams that haven't made a
    driver change.
