That's a 1967 Lotus 41 F2 car, and after I'd pulled the restrictor from
the Honda to have a little fun (sorry, but I was beating the other FFs
easily, and I hoped to find someone to race against), I was able to keep
up with him for a while. He posted a video on Instagram, but it's turned sideways:
