Damn! I just discovered I have five different versions of this tune from The Beatles and
    three of them are live.

Studio version from With the Beatles
    Live from Radio Stockholm
    Live at the Hollywood Bowl
    Live at the BBC
Studio version from Anthology 1 (alternate take)

Do I have too much Beatles in my collection?

    Even more Pink Floyd.

The Wall Under Construction (Roger's original demo tapes)
    The Wall album
The Wall live at Earl's court (bootleg)
The Wall live at Earl's Court (concert film)
Is There Anybody Out There (Live at Earl's Court official box)
The Wall Live in Berlin 1990
The Wall Live (Roger Waters 2010)

I've got a CD case that holds 100 discs. It's full and all that's in it is Beatles and
Floyd and there's more Floyd in a bookcase.

Does the Early Years box set (or any other) contain any other versions of The Wall,
    remasters excluded?

Early Years only covers up to the Meddle album, so no Wall tracks.

Later Years is only post-Waters, so no Wall tracks.

The Wall Immersion boxed set had two live discs and two discs of
demos. I'm pretty sure the live discs were the same recording that
was released separately as "Is There Anybody Out There". I think the
demos included early solo home recordings by Waters, a couple solo
demos by Gilmour and more fleshed out studio demos by the full band.
I never bought the boxed set because I already had "Is There Anybody
Out There" and the demos weren't enough to entice me to pay $150 or
whatever ridiculous price it was going for.

Thanks! I have ITAOT, Berlin, Live 2010 and "Under Construction" as well as the Earl's
Court footage shot in 1980 so I guess I'll skip the box set. :)
