to your knowledgeable opinion, which is, currently, a
reliable platform meeting the following requisites

1) allow ramp-on (payments) from credit/debit cards of VISA
and / or MasterCard circuits

2) have reasonably fast and easy KYC (I failed to be
verified on that coindesk shit which did not accept my ID
card and Fiscal Code since they were "separated" into
distinct documents, a paper one and a plastic one ...
ridiculous).

3) **ALLOW transfer to external, non custodial, wallets (in
the same cryptocurrency), no matter what. In other words
allowing not to be kept stuck with them.

4) support at least Bitcoin, BitcoinCash, Litecoin, ETH.

Requisite 3 is really the most crucial and which I fail to
find reliable info.
Only EToro platform admitted it refuses to transfer money to
extern non custodial wallet !

I am scanning Banxa, (Etoro), Revolut ramp, Transak, Topper
.... and I can't find this info nowhere :\
