I saw 28 Days Later on dvd. I was impressed with the opening
scenes and wondered how they managed to pull of a completely
devoid-of-people London. The effect was stunning.

I didn't care for the yet-another-zombie movie that it turned
out to be, but that only emerged nearer to the end. Meanwhile
the initial mystery was pretty good.

I've read that 28 Years Later is a respectable sequel.

Was a bit horror, but adventure, bit "coming of age tale". Had some wacky moments, but overall enjoyed it.
