You'll need to get a waiver from your vegan/vegetarian
    office mates, though.

The smell of cooking wafting in the office spaces could be
offputting. That is why companies have cafeterias.

For me, celery has no taste, so this would be like just eating mustard. I like mustard, but not that much.

I mostly dislike celery because of the texture. And, sadly, mustard won't change that.

Noted. But the celery kinda serves as a base much like a
bread-based cracker might. If mustard doesn't appeal, try
salmon, a cheese, or some other favorite item. I remember
celery sticks with CheezWhiz as a kid; not bad at all. But
today, I wouldn't touch that product as an addon.

Ah.. then, yes.. no need to force yourself to eat fresh celery
then. For me, the aroma of celery is pleasant, and the taste
is noticeable and likeable. So, it works for me to get added
fiber quick and easy without resorting to cooking or using
    processed foods.

I love celery! It has a pretty light flavor but the crunch is nice. It's good in soups and celery salt is a nice spice for cooking.

I can chow down on a bag of celery or baby carrots like some people can a bag of potato chips... I might be in the minority regarding that though...

Or food allergies. My co-worker across from me does not like cinnamon.

Yes, the aroma is very pleasant. And I don't mind it in soup (the cooking eliminates the wet crunch).

I blame my parents for not making me eat veggies when I was a kid.
