I think this will qualify for DIY. I have an old 1991 Honda CR125 dirtbike that
I found in a barn. It has been sitting there for at least 20 years. Other than
being very dusty, the engine is stuck. I have pulled the spark plug and dumped
Marvel Mystery Oil in it to let it soak. So far it is still stuck tight. Any DIY potions you guys use to unstick a piston from the bore?

MMO is the best potion for the job. On bikes I usually put it in a higher gear and rock it back and forth to try to loosen things up.

Seafoam down the spark plug holes and let it sit a while, then start rocking the crank to break the rings loose. Make sure that cam's wel lubed too in case the sieze is there and not in the rings.

I've heard of Marvel Mystery Oil used to unstuck seized engines, but not seafoam.

It is worth considering Mouse Milk or Kroil in this particular use. Mouse Milk I've used more on smaller frozen delicate things, but I've used Kroil on some mightily bound things.

Not yet. I have several other projects ahead of this one. I try the kickstarter about once a month to see if it is free, So far the kickstarter wont budge. I tried putting it in gear and rocking the bike back and forth. No luck. Looks like i can either try some other concoctions ( someone in another forum suggested CLR) or pull the motor and put it on the bench and start tearing it down. The bike itself is pretty rough overall. I am not sure it is worth a lot of effort or expence to rebuild.
