Yeah, you might want to try and get the PX/WINS 7.0 upgrade. If not, I have the 3.0pr5 updated DLLs and EXEs floading around here somewhere on my WINS setup.

It needs WildCat5 or WINServer. It's not a stand alone Mailer. That's frustrating AF that a FD or something nice like that doesn't come in a more modern flavor ...
