From Alex Galiyev@1:129/14.1 to All on Saturday, May 10, 2025 00:05:54
    Hello All!

Does anyone have an archive of all Z1 echos from the past year?
I tried %RESCAN, but it looks like my uplink is in passthrough mode.

I'm not sure about all, but I carry all those that my hubs carry. That
said, I wouldn't have a clue how to get them to you. I'm not setup as a
hub and not even sure if Synchronet has rescan ability. I'm sure it has
    but I'd have to investigate.

Not all will have the %RESCAN option. I don't and have most echos. I think only HPT, Fmail and Fastecho have rescan

Synchronet has it too. It used to be a bit quirky, like only doing a rescan of all connected areas, but that might be fixed in the current release.
Mystic has it too, but I have no experience with it.

Likewise with mbse also has RESCAN for echos but while I do have all active echos I have a date and volume limit as to what is retained.

To do a RESCAN user must be using a fido address linked in here along with a session password. This can be as a point if registered as such with their host site.

Never liked Synchronet. Tried it twice and twice deleted it :)

    Good to know!

Most of my areas are unlimited since a decade or two. ;-)

    Of course!

This can be as a point if registered as such with their host site.

That could be dangerous if you don't know what you are doing. You could export all rescanned messages back into the net, and cause a massive dupe dump...

That's nice. Why bother bringing it up? That has nothing to do with
helping the OP get a years worth of articles.

I checked and Synchronet has a rescan but you cannot limit it, so you
would basically get everything I have, which is a lot more than 1 years
    worth.

Your welcome to have a look at what I have. I carry most stuff from my Hub, but not sure if it is the "Z1" echos that you refer.

If there is something you are after, you are welcome to sign up, and I'll set you up so you can rescan what you need...
