He must have been informed by Google about the reason why it was removed, and probably some suggestions to fix this.

I've read that Google made some policy changes in late April and has been removing lots of apps including malware, fake ones, those having misleading titles, icons, etc.

No idea if this is the case, but perhaps the (short) app name didn't tell what it was for...

I'd suggest Anatoly that he changes his app's title to something more descriptive, like "AfterShock: Fidonet point system"

In case the reason for the removal is something related to the privacy policy: HotdogEd was removed in May 2018 because of this. After updating and resubmitting it ( http://hotdoged.propush.ru/docs/policy ) the app was back in the store.
