    then empty rocket goes up, they stream stanley's moon landing crap and nobody is the wiser. there were even errors with the communications back and forth. times when there was zero delay back and forth. that's another oddity.

    working satellites on ham radio really only needs a hand-held yagi antenna and a cheap hand-held radio.

    You can make contacts all over the satellite's footprint as you track it across the sky with your directional antenna.
